This was my first time visiting this garage, and I’m so glad I found them! From the moment I called, they were welcoming, professional, and made it easy to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, everyone was kind and accommodating. They even arranged complimentary Lyft rides for me, one to take me home after dropping off my car and another to pick me up once the work was done, which made the whole experience so convenient. Despite heavy traffic and rain later that day, the team stayed a bit longer to make sure I could still pick up my car.

It was my third visit to Open Road Automotive to get an oil change. The wait was longer than expected only because they suggested another service that I may need and that was appreciated. I've always enjoyed the hospitality that each employee has displayed toward me and other customers as well. I want to thank you guys for the great service. Keep up the great work.

My vehicle has 225,000 miles and the transmission fluid has never been changed. I contacted multiple auto shops and car dealerships about changing my transmission fluid. I was either turned down, quoted high prices, or given excuses about servicing my vehicle. I found the business on the internet and gave them a call. The manger was very nice and I was able to set up an appointment the next day without any excuses. They did a great job and also gave me recommendations on future work that may be needed. The price was reasonable and expected for the work done. I will be back to service my vehicles at this location.

For an automotive repair shop I like this place. They are friendly people, front office to shop. They are caring people and they asked about my 2 yr old granddaughter. They remembered me by her. They thought she was so sweet and smart for 2 years old. I love the atmosphere in the office. A nice place to spend your money, They don't rapes you. They got my business, plus family business.

I had such a great experience at Open Road Automotive! Every single person I interacted with was incredibly honest, kind, and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me in plain language and never tried to talk me into repairs I didn’t need. Instead, they walked me through each recommended repair, the cost, and what needed attention sooner versus what could wait, which I really appreciated. A huge perk is that they will call a Lyft for you so you do not have to sit and wait in the shop. It is such a thoughtful touch and shows how much they care about their customers’ time. All of the staff were so friendly and easy to work with. I felt genuinely taken care of, and because of that, I am officially a customer for life, from oil changes to any future work my car may need. Highly recommend!

Honestly, they were amazing! Very friendly on my first visit. They got the work done. I got my truck back and and she was fixed no problem first time. I have already recommended them to all my friends and family. Definitely not going back to where we were for our car maintenance issues. They’ve got a client for life.

Today, I took my car in for an oil change and left with a thorough breakdown of everything that needed attention. While I understand inspections are standard, I’ve never experienced one this detailed. I was provided with clear photos, reasonable price quotes, and detailed explanations for any concerns I didn’t fully understand. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend this service.

I had such a great experience at Open Road Automotive. They treated me like family, not just another customer. Everyone was kind, respectful, and very transparent about my car. They explained what I actually needed and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. I really appreciated how clearly they walked me through the overall health of my car and what will help it last longer. They also offer shuttle service to and from the shop, which made everything super convenient. After spending way too much money at dealerships in the past and some pretty bad experiences with auto shops before, this place really restored my faith in independent auto shops. It’s truly a small business with big energy. I’ll definitely be back and will keep recommending them.

I had such a great experience here, especially thanks to Tim. He took the time to talk with me, kept me informed throughout the process, and made me feel genuinely valued, not like I was just another customer in line. I was offered snacks and the overall service felt very personal. When the oil change ended up taking over an hour and a half, they didn’t hesitate to make it right by making it completely free of charge, which I really appreciated. That level of customer service goes a long way. I’ll definitely be coming back. Also, the free car wash was a great bonus.
